I love the downtown Adventure Boot Camp! I had noticeable weight loss after just one month. The trainers are great and the atmosphere is fun and encouraging. I wholeheartedly recommend it for any age or fitness level, and I say this as a woman over 50. Give it a try -- you will be so glad you did!

Adventure Boot Camp has changed how I work out and challenges me every day. I am constantly amazed by what I'm able to do. And don't let the words "boot camp" scare you off...this is designed to help you reach your goals without making you do anything you're not ready to do. It's great for all ages and fitness levels. I can't recommend this class enough!

I participate in the camp for three months. I had never exercised before and it was nice to see that I could do the boot camp. The hour went by so fast. We did a lot of fun exercises and I would love to keep on going!

A. This boot camp is for customers of all ages and abilities. The trainers will modify the exercises to allow you to participate with the class and enjoy your own individualized workouts!

A. We have a camper that had to knee replacement in both knees come to our camp and lose over 40 lbs. She initially camp to support her daughter was was getting married and ended up staying with us for 9 months and left with an entire new body!
