A. We are a professional company that understands the importance of customer service and quality. We do not overbook our days which allow us to make it to our appointments on time as scheduled. Our time is just as valuable as our customers and we don't want people to be given a window of when our technicians will arrive. Our carpet cleaning product is baby and pet safe...it's non-toxic and 100% biodegradable.

A. Do we charge extra for heavily soiled areas? NO
Will the stains just come back? NO...although no spot or stain is guaranteed to be removed. Some stains are simply permanent.
