Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Questions to ask before hiring a professional carpet cleaner......
1. ) are they certified? Its very important that your carpet
professional maintains a carpet cleaning certification so he or she will not damage your carpet with improper chemical use.
2). Do they vacuum before starting?
Vacuuming alone removes up to 65% of soils in your carpet not only that but what happens when you add water on dirt? It becomes mud so its very important to vacuum before cleaning the carpet
3. ) do they precondition and use a detergent rinse?
Many cleaners claim they "precondition" thee carpet but have you ever asked your self what happens to that conditioner a proper detergent rinse cleans all the conditioner that is left behind hot water alone is not enough!!!! Also if the conditioner is not properly rinsed out and issue of rapid re soiling will occur!
4. ) do they allow proper dwell time for chemicals?
All pre-conditioners must be agitated very well into the carpet and allowed at least 15 minutes dwell time in order for the chemicals to break down all the soils and dirt. Cleaning directly after will result to low or moderate results
