    In our business environments we most often solve software issues, including how software interacts with the network, printers and other hardware. For individual customers it's data recovery and virus / malware removal for our most common job.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    We recently installed several wireless access points in a very large old brick community center that required a lot dexterity and thinking on our feet to accomplish the full range of WI-Fi connectivity. The community center is now one of our managed care customers.
