This guy is good. He's fast, reliable,knows what he's doing and is patient enough with those that don't to explain things in layman's terms. His rates are reasonable and I have had nothing but good and speedy service from him.(and I get more viruses than a sickly child) My Computer Guy is my trusted service tech for all things computer in my house.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask the technician what training they have, what prior education in the computer field they have and what certifications they have. Ask how long the technician has been working in this field. Does the technician have there own tools and programs. Get referances from the technician that you as a customer can call and check the performance and quality of the technicians work. Ask how and how much the technician charges for each job, and if parts are an extra charge. Inquire if the technician will tavel, how far and how much they charge for each mile traveled. Also ask the minimum charge for each job requested. And with all this information you should be able to come to a fair understanding of what the technician is capable of and come to a fair payment.
