I was very satisified with Mr. Johnson's professional response and timely service. I chose to use his service primarily as a result of being able to review his license status. i would not hesitate to refer his service to friends and family.

Took a little longer then expected but was because I didn't really know the model of my laptop and Carl had to reorder the part. Didn't actually meet him as I dropped it off with his wife at home. Seems to be fixed just fine.

The job required more work than he and I anticipated but he completed the work at the orignal quoted price. Probably will not find any service willing to do that. From what I can tell he did a great job, did everything he said he would do, finished fast as possble, and kept me informed every step of the repair. Recommend his services and I will use him again in the future.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common types of jobs I do for my customers are many. One of the most common most recently is replacing broken laptop screens. Seems a lot of people are going to mobile computing devices so I assume this will only become more common as time passes. We also repair iPhones, iPads, Android Phones and most other mobile devices. We also do other things such as fix network issues, remove viruses and just about anything else that goes wrong with a computer or computing device.
