- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working for many other service companies and being under policy that required me to be dishonest with my customers or to intentionally hold work up or charge for simple things that did not really warrant the price tendered. I hold myself to a high standard of integrity in my work, my pricing, and my treatment of my customers
- What types of customers have you worked with?
HP DV9000, DV6000, and DV2000 series laptops have a known issue with their video chipsets failing. I can fix these without needing to replace the motherboard at all. This is cheaper and much faster than waiting for a replacement to come in from HP. Another common repair for laptops is repairing or replacing the DC jack for the power plug. It's a simple repair in most cases and can be turned around same day
