A lot of our users (as well as our own systems) have been having formidable problems while updating their computers to the 1st service pack release of Windows 7. With this common error, the user will have a boot failure once their system reboots from completing the SP1 installation.

The user will obtain an error 0xC000009a fatal error, in the time that the system's registry is being updated. The system will then reboot or freeze, and won't permit the user to access windows, either in normal or safe modes.

Due to the extensive nature of this issue, we're offering to perform fixes for this issue, for $60 flat price, with our guarantee to make your system functional once more (without the need of a Windows re-installation). This cost doesn't include existing software damage, infections, or other related issues however.

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Most other technicians need to re-install windows or restore to factory settings in order to fix this problem. I use a method that restores functionality without losing any data or settings.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I find these types of challenges exciting and invigorating. There are and always will be new problems to fix with computers, and I enjoy learning new ways to fix them.
