Ben was very helpful in providing information about the repair beforehand, which was a big plus to me. The results of the repair are great. I would definitely hire him again.

Ben did some patch work on the ceiling in the kitchen. What I like about him is he came in on time, he did the job as promised and he did a good job! I'll recommend him to my friends, and I'll surely hire him again.

Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I see a lot of customers trying to save a buck by hiring the lowest bid without some assurance that the person they are hiring is competent much less licensed I've had to clean up more jobs because of this. deal by reference only if possible or check for license.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. as I have been doing this 30 + years I have a large amount of exp. and have seen or fixed most anything you'll see in this trade. I've worked on over 2000 addons or remodels and over 1000 mobile homes as well as tracts ,apartments ,custom homes and commercial jobs.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. two questions.how can I help? the best thing to do is to make sure they handle their part of the job that is have everything ready they promised to do and let me do my job. Why does it look so easy when you do it and so hard when I do it ? the answer is years of practice doing the samething over and over if they want to put the time in they can do it as well.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. The majority of people in my trade are extremely competent in one part of the trade or another and do not have the broad range of skills to take a job from metal stud framing ,hanging ,finishing and texturing without hiring additional help driving the cost up and lengthening the time it takes to do the job which can be critical on a smaller job.
