Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Always be sure they hire a certified electrician or a licensed contractor should do the work because a licensed contractor does not need to be certified, but any employee doing work must be certified. Also remember- You get what you pay for !

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The customer should have an idea as to what occured prior to the machine or system failure, as this helps us to determine a organised plan for testing and speeds up the troubleshooting process.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have 37 years of troubleshooting experience , all in the residential and industrial fields. I can usually respond to a service call within the hour, and determine what is wrong within 30 minutes of arrival.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Going into different sites every day instead of the same job all the time. I also go to some very interesting places.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. The difference between an electrician and a troubleshooter is that typically an electrician repairs the symptom and a troubleshooter solves the problem and does so in a way that the problem is usually not going to reoccur.

Q. What are your most common types of jobs?

A. Motor control repair or replacement is the most common job we do.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. All certified electricians need to have 32 hours of continuing education every 3 years to keep thier certification.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Since our expertise ranges from simple residential wiring to complex controls and electronics, our rates change by the complexity of the job. We will always give an estimate of your cost for our services during our initial contact.
