Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Take the time to check references. It's better to ask for them and check them out rather than regret not doing so later.

Ask for pictures. Not just the one's posted here but additional images both old and new. It will given you an idea of the consistency in the quality of work they deliver.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We deliver high quality and pride in workmanship with each and every hardwood floor refinishing job we do. And we do that at a very reasonable cost to our valued customers. Although every floor is different, we are able to save our customers an average of $500.00 on every job. That is something to be proud of....and we are...:-)

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Seeing the happy and amazed look on our customers face when they first see their newly refinished floors.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. The intense labor involved, and the years of hands-on experience required to get it right

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. After I started refinishing old furniture and build new, a guy saw one of the book cases I made and asked me if I refinished hardwood floors. I said no. He said if you can refinish furniture you can probably refinish hardwood floors. Five days later when I finished his floors I was happy and amazed at the transformation; from old, dull and colorless to the brilliant color spectrum of red oak under the beautiful luster of a clear, glossy finish. And so I've been refinishing hardwood floors ever since.

Q. What are your most common types of jobs?

A. 2 inch top-nail red oak. Translation: two inch wide floor boards nailed in place from the top using the beautifully colored and grained Red Oak. Truly stunning to see with a natural finish.
