My printing brokerage has been working with ZAP Creative for over a decade. The primary, Julie Knudsen, is one of the "old school" designers - earning her chops airbrushing motorcycle tanks! She knows form and function and strives to produce a quality product given the often demanding schedules and budgets my firm allows. No grungy illegible type on type ink spattered nonsense design here - ZAP puts together well composed publications, brochures and collateral using effective images and balanced layouts. ZAP Creative has been an important part of my firm's ability to serve our client's design needs for over a decade and we'll keep her around for another one if she'll have us.

Having worked with Julie and Zap Creative for many years, I'm most impressed by her ability to listen to what the clients want and translate that into wonderful creative. Find someone who will take the time to ask questions and who will listen to you about you and your business. Graphic designers need guidance from clients as we are not an expert in every field, but are willing to learn!
