I provide home inspections for home sales and existing owners who want to know about the condition of the home they live in. The inspections I provide are very detailed and thorough.
I have worked in the construction industry full time for almost 20 years and I was raised on job sites. So seeing problems is like my second nature. I also graduated from CSUS with a BA in Philosophy. This has given me the ability to think alternative ways and solve many problems that may elude others.
I am always respectful of the home that I am in and to those who reside there.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have been involved in all aspects of the construction industry from as long as I can remember. I have seen and worked on all phases of home construction so I understand not only what is on the surface but what should be underneath. If there are problems with a home I can usually get a good idea of what is causing it. This skill was improved with my education by helping me hone my critical thinking and problem solving skills.
