- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep things simple. Our mantra is Visibility, disclosure, compliance. We provide our service through transparency and understand the value in doing the right thing. One flat rate, one simple outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we identify the need for the inspection and discuss parties involved. Second we discuss and known areas of concern, desired outcome, and schedule an inspection. Third, the inspection is finalized, we review findings, and what separates us from other inspectors is the network of trusted industry professionals that may help you with a bid to accompany an offer on a house, or a much needed maintenance repair. It’s a very simple process and we are here as a resource long after your inspection is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
InterNACHI is the only accredited home inspection certification entity nationwide that is recognized by the US Department Of Education. As a certified company, we are required to complete continuing education credits to maintain our certification. We hold the highest standard!
