The surface under the artificial turf was bumpy and it had ragged edges. He didn't apply infill or even mention it. When I called he came over, said he'd come back on a specific day to fix it but never came back or called. I've paid someone else to fix it.

I expected more. had to pay in advance for lots of his supply which ended up costing me the same if i had gone with an A class contractor. Ever is a nice guy and easy to talk to and did the work in satisfactory way.
