Hello! I am a painter with over 15 years of experience. I do everything from interior and exterior painting/staining, and repairs. I am professional, reliable and honest. You pay less with me, and I can beat the competition over any price. I give free estimates.

I am licensed with a C-33 contractor license, insured and bonded.

Improve your home today!

If you want to save a lot of money and receive quality workmanship, call me for a free in-home estimate.

I provide the following services:

* Painting and power washing - interior and exterior painting and staining

• Caulking - You have the right to expect a painting contractor to caulk holes, window frames and other trim areas that typically require caulking. One of the goals of painting your home is to protect it from the environment. Caulking prevents water from seeping in behind trim and causing extensive damage.

• Neat painting around windows, doors and trim - A painter who does quality work spends time masking. You have the right to expect windows without paint on them. If you use a different color to frame the trim around your windows and doors, you have the right to expect that color to only appear on the trim.

• Proper protection from paint - In most cases, a painting contractor isn't working with an empty house. Protecting shrubbery and landscape plantings from paint is very important. If the painting contractor is going to be working inside your home, you want to be assured that your furniture and floors don't end up with paint all over them.

• Proper pre-paint preparation - A paint job will not last if proper pre-paint preparation techniques are not used. Before a new paint can be applied, it's important that all dirt and grime, mold and mildew and chalking or peeling paint be removed. This is important whether the painting is in the interior of the home or in the exterior.

• No drips - A professional never leaves a drip running down the wall. Any drips should be sanded down then retouched with another coat of paint.

• Even coverage - The color of the paint should be consistent and even everywhere. You shouldn't see any evidence of a previous color showing through.

• Clean lines between separate paint colors - We've all seen painting jobs where the junction between the ceiling and the walls looks messy because the color from the walls slopped up onto the ceiling. No professional should walk away from a paint job where the lines between ceiling and trim, or ceiling and wall aren't straight and clean.

Other services are offered.

My husband & I were ecstatic with the recent purchase of our home. While both the REO pricing and water views were stunning, the interior was anything but that. The carpeting was filthy, the walls chipped & paint splattered, the fixtures in poor shape, etc. Everything (and I mean everything) needed to be re-done...an esthetic gut and re-do.

We knew it was going to be an extensive job and was hoping to find a good contractor (trustworthy, staightforward, and affordable). Post closing is usually a meager period for most homebuyers and we were no exception so budget was a big consideration.

We received a quote from a competing contractor & felt discouraged. Although not exhorbitant, we knew the work we needed would not be soon coming based on their pricing. Thereafter, we found Luis' ad online & gave him a call. My husband and I both work ridiculous hours and Luis was very accomodating to our schedules. He was professional and explained clearly and thoroughly what his company could do - a complete paint makeover. Every square inch would be re-painted to our specifications for significantly less that the previous quotes including the cabinetry!

We signed the contract and the work began immediately. I had a vision of what I wanted for a color palette but when the painting began for the cabinets, my espresso brown dream became a green nightmare! Luis took it upon himself to shop and choose the color needed to produce the end result I wanted depsite my color choice goof! The end result is gorgeous!

We were so impressed with the detailed quality of the work that when the painting was finished, we asked Luis to accept other projects and has done: full home painting (including cabinetry), crown molding installation and painting (kitchen cabinets), kitchen cabinet hardware installation, crown molding installation (bedroom), granite tile kitchen backsplash design & installation, complete home lighting replacement/installation (chandeliers in foyer, kitchen, dining, hallway, flush lighting, sconce lighting), installation of all household applicances.

He even took the time on Sunday morning to travel to a furniture store to pick up and deliver an item that was too big for our vehicles!

If there is an interior job he doesn't do, I don't know what it is. lol! Our upcoming projects include kitchen sink, faucet, and waste disposal installation, installation of glass doors in corner kitchen cabinets, bathroom design and installation of granite tile, light fixtures, vessel sink, vanity, & in-wall faucet, garage door opener replacement, garage floor painting, garage storage solutions, and interior closet storage solution.

I'm not sure even our realtor would recognize the home based on the before and after photos. lol!

We could not be happier with Luis' work and would recommend him to anyone looking for superior quality, professional service, & affordable prices.

We can't wait to share the final results.

    Thanks again, Luis!

    Lyn
