Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. What makes me differant from other trainers, is my background. I've been an athlete since the age13, I've played division 1 football at Washington State University and I have also personally trained for the past 10 years. I belive in finding the right work out for you! I'm certified through ISSA and I love meeting new people and personalities.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The thing that I like most about my job is meeting and helping people! When I train with someone and we get to know one another its an amazing feeling. Then once my clients meet their goals, not only do they feel good I do also because we accomplished something together.
