I am a piano teacher located in Citrus Heights, California.
I have been teaching piano and music theory since 2003. I studied music at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. I teach the following styles. Classical, folk music, country, jazz and any other famous musician that you want to learn. I teach music theory that is classical based. I also teach jazz theory; however, it is a big book. Anybody can be a student at any age including children, adults and seniors. I have discounts and time available.
I offer music notation and composition as an included service with the lesson. It includes music theory, ear training, and some history, as well as scales, hannon and other warm up instructions. Your child will learn how to read and play by ear.
I charge $15.00 to $25.00 per lesson. Monthly cost range between $60.00 to $125.00. It includes 4 lessons per month; each lesson occurs once per week. You select for a 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute lesson. Allow 30 days for makeup lessons. The 5th week is optional with a lesson fee.
Discounts are available.
There is a travel fee of $6.00 per lesson. I travel up to 15 miles.
