Since 1998, as a general contractor, I have been providing remodel and home repair services to Sacramento customers. In 2009, I added a plumbing classification (C-36) to my general contractor's state license #756191 (Class B), so I can better serve my customers.
My customers tell me that they like how I approach each job. I can analyze the problem and determine the best way to correct it. I offer consultation, suggest materials, and discuss the options to complete the job. I'm also pet friendly, keep the job clean, and I do not play a radio when I work.

Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. You should check the license of any person working on your house or property. Ask for referrals, ask friends and neighbors for a good person for the job that you need done.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. A few of my customer wished they would have called me first, because an hourly rate is not always higher than a flat rate.
Never pay more than 10% of the job cost and not more than $ 1000.00 to start the job.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Have you done this type of job before?
Does the professional (Contractor) have the proper licenses to do the job?
Can the Contractor obtain the necessary permits if they are required?
