About
All of my work is done as if im doing it in my own house. My attention to detail is always above and beyond normal expectations. Cleanliness is something I am always conciensious about. I will always ask to borrow the homeowners vacuum to get any debris that could'nt be picked up by hand. I consider tile to be art not work. Every tile job Celtic Tile and Stone installs is considered to be art work and done with passion.

Celtic Tile\Mike Furmanek promptly came to our house to measure and immediately gave us a quote for the cost to tile our Living Room\Hallway. He told us to look for tile and let him know where we wanted to buy the tile. We found tile we liked at Home Depot and Mike told us to have it ready along with the Grout and Sealer available at the store and he would pick it up and deliver it to our home when he did the installation. Mike and his crew were very professional and did an outstanding job installing all the tile in one day and then did the grout the following morning. Mike saved us both time and money over other bids we received. We would highly recommend Celtic Tile to anyone and will use him again.

Celtic Tile and Stone were very professional and did an outstanding job on my kitchen remodel. They did an awesome job with tearing out the old counters and flooring. The tile color and style is exactly what I wanted and the kitchen looks amazing now!

Celtic Tile was an awful experience and will make it difficult for us to continue to use Thumbtack now. I gave Celtic Tile 2 stars only because the owner is a nice guy. However his crew don't show any dedication to his company and did a half-ass job in our tile installation. Toilets were broken, baseboards were destroyed, electrical was never put back and house was a complete mess and never cleaned. There were many issues with this company and too many to really list. This job cost us an extra 2k to get it corrected and put back the way it was supposed to be. Be careful and make sure you do your homework before hiring!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    always ask for references when looking for a sub contractor to do work on your home. make sure he or she has a valid Ca. license. ask a lot of questions regarding the work to be done so you can get an idea of how qualified the contractor is. they should go over the job with you from beginning to end, and in great detail.
