About
With nearly forty years of experience, two things that make us stand out from the rest of the pack are 1) We don't rush our work. We consider ourselves artists and invest 1-2 hours with each of our clients to insure that we capture images that are second to none and 2) We don't offer canned packages where we tell the client the number and sizes of images that they need to purchase. Every session is unique. Each of our clients represents a new and unique challenge. Whether it's a plate of freshly prepared food for a restaurant, cookbook author or blogger or it's an environmental portrait of a physician or dentist in their office, clinic or surgical suite. Every day is different.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes. I attend monthly meetings of the Professional Photographers of Sacramento Valley. I also participate in several local and regional seminars and events each year. Each year in January I attend the Imaging USA event that encompasses 4-5 days of extensive learning with some the world's finest photographers.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I took a basic photography class many years ago back in high school. When I was in college working on my Masters in Business I photographed weddings and other events to earn a little extra money. After graduating, I continued to shoot part time while working in the corporate world. In 2004 I opened my own studio and created the Inner Vision Images brand. We now work with 100+ clients each year.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There's a big difference in the consistent quality of the work done by a professional photographer and that of a friend or next-door-neighbor. An experienced, professional photographer has the right equipment, the right skills and the right know-how to get the job done right. You don't get a second chance to photograph a once-in-a-lifetime image. Let the experienced, professional photographers at Inner Vision Images great a portrait that's as unique as you.
