- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is an additional 3% processing fee for credit card payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a preliminary onsite visit to discuss the project, take pictures etc. , so that the estimate will be accurate and complete. Typically it takes about 1 week to get a written estimate back to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years working for a tile company plus 15 years in general construction. Other training includes web research and business classes at city college. I won several awards at tile competitions over the years!
