About

As a teacher I am aware of all of the benefits of Yoga, not only the physical. I teach to who is in front of me, adjusting to the students and creating a space for them to reach their own personal growth, mentally, spiritually and physically. I love every bit of teaching Yoga, but my favorite part would have to be seeing the transformation that happens in each person with a regular Yoga practice. It is a special glow from within, a twinkle in the eye that I am thankful to be able to see.
