Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Short sale is my number one business . I like to stay up to date on new laws as well as incentives for homeowners. My job is to make the transition move for the homeowners who are in default as easy as possible . At the same time I get them Relocation Assictance to help them with the cost inot there new place.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Always make sure they have a resume on homes that your agents has closed. Many agents who are new to the business do not know what a full Short sale package consist let alone how to receive an approval in less than 60 days.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I specialize in one major part of the real estate market. What we call the Short Sale market . Instead of losing your home ,and your credit Short sale is a program that your bank offer to home owner who cna no longer pay there homes. If your home is worth less than what your owe your bank chance are you will qualify for a short sale. Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. Greatest strenght is short sale negotiations . We close an approximately of 2 homes per week. This might sound like a bit but considering that it usually takes 2 months to approve per file that is actually a great amount.
