Plumbing Contracts: Our prices are based on the job type and range from $45.00- $65.00 per hr. Home inspections are based on the square footage of the property and range in price from $275 to $375.00 per inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ongoing education for the benefit of our industry and the public we serve is essential. We participate in ongoing education on a continual basis by attending seminars, reading documents that pertain to the law and taking classes related to the construction and home inspection industries. Tests are taken to assure that we remain current.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After twenty five years working for others that did not care about our community, we decided to start our own business and help our community get better craftmanship and value for their homes. Ongoing education, community involvment and quality is our focus in the home inspection and construction profession.
