My dryer temperature dropped and it started to take twice as much time to dry clothing. Jean fixed the dryer promptly despite some complications (it took a bit more time then originally allotted)
The final price was fair. I will contact him again with any appliance needs.

I requested Jean’s help to repair our LG washing machine that was not draining. He responded promptly, diagnosed the issue accurately, and performed the repair quickly. He had to order a part ( drain pump) so had to come to house twice. Both times he came when he said he would, he maintained excellent communication throughout, and did the job well.

He was very responsive in establishing the initial appointment as well as diligent and timely in his arrival and assessment of my dryer. He offered an explanation of the problem as well as possible solutions. Even though I decided to choose purchasing a new dryer rather than repairing, he took the time to carefully reassemble.

Jean was able to make time to quickly come and fix our Bosch dryer which had a clogged drainage pipe. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, disassembling some part far inside the dryer that we would've never been able to get to. Thanks Jean!!
