Within Yinfinite Wellness, an acupuncture office, I help people who are suffering from stress in their lives, whether from work or personal circumstances, by providing a safe and comfortable environment for them to take time to relax, repair and re-center.
My training is holistic, and although the basis of my style is Swedish, I am influenced by different techniques to which I have had exposure which include reflexology, acupressure, Touch for Health and many others.
My clients have told me that I have a kind and compassionate touch, as well as a unique ability to be in sync with them. It is deliberate. By paying attention to my client's breathing, resistance and response to pressure, I am often able to notice and compensate or adjust for their reaction before they voice it.
