We work with clients who are truly committed to resolving their weight, pain and stress problems. Our #1 goal is to assist you, so you can reach your fitness and health goals quickly and safely. We guarantee results in 90 days or less.

In 1999, Brien Shamp was awarded as world's best personal trainer by Met-Rx, and in 2009, Brien was nominated as the best in the Bay for weight loss by "Best of the Bay-Kron 4".

In the ideal world, everyone would have a personal trainer to provide guidance, support and accountability; however, there is a more affordable and fun option.

In 2010, Brien discovered Fit Body Boot Camp and the Unstoppable Fitness Formula, and learned more about their philosophy and dedication to changing lives. Brien knew it was a perfect fit and would help him to help others, so he launched SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp in Belmont and recently, a second location in Burlingame. Brien also has additional boot camp programs in Belmont and Menlo Park, and a private training studio in Belmont.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I mostly help people lose weight through exercise, nutrition & lifestyle coaching. Most of my clients take one of my boot camp programs.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask about experience, success stories and education. I would also call to talk with current and past clients so I could ask them questions about the trainer. Also, ask for a free session to see if there is a fit between the trainer and the client.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What is your education?
What is your certifications?
How long have you been in the industry?
What do you do what you do?
what are your success stories?
Why should I hire you?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Proven track record over 21 years. Thousands of clients. Accomplished presenter and writer. Trainer of trainers. Passion. Role Model. Award winning model of training.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Allowing others to achieve their passions in life. I enjoy being the guy in the background. I love to see people leave with a smile.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. This profession like many is filled with good & bad. Many people do not know how to hire a trainer and hire for personality. Although personality is good and can be more important than education, results are the key. If you are not achieving results, time to move on.
