A. Make sure your appliance service provider is licenced to do appliance service in California (with BEAR - the Bureau of Electronic & Appliance Repair).

A. The purchase of an extended warranty is usually not cost effective and in most cases you are limited to doing business w/the extended warranty provider's servicer, whose service is usually sub standard.

The bulk of our customers are "repeat customers". As the years pass, we are starting to service many of our repeat customers' adult children's homes!
