I will inspire and motivate all my clients each and every session to workout and get fitter than the day before. We aim to bring fun and laughter into all of the group workout sessions.

If your aged between 30 - 55 and have been feeling a little 'fed up' 'short tempered lately' or putting on a few pounds - then I have the perfect 28 day challenge to change those issues. As a woman business owner who has been through a lot of life challenges, I feel I am well qualified to help women of this age group.
