FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently have reduced fees for all my services because I am incorporating them into the certification process for both Yoga Therapy and Tibetan Sound Healing, which I am in my final stages of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For individual Yoga therapy, the client fills out an assessment form prior to our first meeting. Our first meeting is 1.5-2 hours. After that we typically meet weekly (though this varies), and the sessions may be scheduled for 30-120 minutes long, depending on the individual. I also hold small group Yoga Therapy sessions. These may be shorter or longer workshops, individual days or a series of days/ weeks/etc. For Tibetan sound healing, sessions include a short discussion, followed by a 60-120 minute sound healing session. The client remains resting during the session. Like Yoga Therapy, I offer Empowered Self Defense in various ways. Classes may be held in a group setting or one on one, for shorter or longer workshops, individual days or a series, etc.
