Introduction: I have nine years of experience working as a property manager for individual homeowners of both single family homes and condos. I performed accounting and bookkeeping for more than 90 rental properties, prepared leases, ran credit reports and scheduled general maintenance. I also executed move-in/move-out inspections and generated monthly, quarterly and year-end statements.
