Introduction: Services are the following: * Accounting: accounting system setup, established and maintained policies and procedures for strong internal control, problem solving, maintained and organized all accounting records and manage and maintain the financial reporting, maximized cash flows and make recommendations for improvements in policies and procedures, budgeting and forecasting * Accounts payable: matched packing slips to invoices, processed invoices within vendor's terms on cash or accrual bases, reviewed vendor invoices to avoid duplicate payments, ran computerized check's to meet invoice due dates and aging reconciliation of accounts payable every month * Accounts receivable: direct invoicing and turned work orders into invoices, customer's deposits posting, reconciled credit card payments and monitored overdue accounts, reconciled accounts receivable aging periodically * Payroll: processed employee payroll and salary changes, status changes (new hires and terminations), timecards, tax changes, garnishments, deductions, direct deposits, tracking of PTO, and meeting all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholdings, and employer contributions
