I needed 3 different appraisals with some detailed intricacy and difficult twists. All managed masterfully... things took a little longer than either of us expected due to the level of detail I needed but end product was worth it. Would definitely use again.

Unfortunately Dominic missed the delivery dates he gave us. We had to continually follow up with him to get documents delivered and he was a bit surly about it. When asked about the delays he said he was busy setting up a new office and hiring staff......guess keeping the business he had was not that important. I was very stressed and his inability to make the delivery dates he set created even more stress. Toward the end of the process he mentioned something about the dates for the appraisals and I reminded him they were to be Date of Death appraisals. I am not sure we got his best effort. If you hire him, plan to be patient and follow up a lot.

I regret that at that time I gave you less than my best. Thank you for your feedback and I've made modifications in estimating my bids and turn-times. These assignments were part of a substantial portfolio and in some cases were considered rural on large acreage. I should have been more diligent in realistically getting the reports to you at the quoted turn-time; however were in fact delayed a bit due to the complexities of some of the properties in the portfolio. I hope, at least you were satisfied with the final appraised values as I take great pride in getting the "number" right.
