- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based by the projects. It's impossible to put a pricing sheet and realistically make automatic quotes when you do custom work, the way I do. Too many variables...Size of the project, options, demand a custom quote, pretty much in every case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts by analyzing the needs of my customers and recommending them what I feel fits best their needs. Sometimes that goes against my fees but I feel that recommending fair service builds better relations, based on trust, which turns in long term relations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I developed my skills during the years. I am self thought. I took a basic photography course in college, but I dont think that made me the photographer I am today, but years of experience and hard work along my customers! That made the difference!
