When training, we'll have the convenience of doctors and a physical therapist in the studio who can provide a thorough evaluation of any chronic/acute injury you're suffering or suffered in the past. From there, we'll be able to begin a correctional regimen while training to meet your goals. However, don't get our approach confused with a strict rehabilitation office.
