- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inform the customer in visiting our website for more details and to fill out our Service of Process Request form. Customer could either email documents and request form to us or we may be able to pick them up documents, request form and payment from customer's residence or place of employment. If we receive the request form and documents via email, we will send back via email an invoice which could be paid online by clicking the link. We give updates on the Service of Process as well to keep the customer informed of what is happening with their case.
