FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat fee packages and flexible payment plans. I accept credit card and debt card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: New client calls or messages me for a free initial 30 minute consultation. Step 2: If the potential client choses to hire me, s/he signs and returns the attorney-client contract to me. Step 3: Next, the new client completes the online questionnaire - it's like an interview but at your own pace. Finally, once the questionnaire is complete, I deliver my legal services. Of course, I am available throughout the entire process as questions or concerns arise. My clients prefer to communicate with me via text or email (available 24/7) to which I respond to within 24 hours. 99% of my services are delivered via phone, skype, and email. I offer flexible phone appointments, including weekends and evenings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my bachelors degree from the University of San Diego in 2007. I graduated from California Western School of Law and became a California licensed attorney in 2011. I got the unique opportunity to serve homeless community through my Equal Justice Works Fellowship. During my fellowship, I developed and managed the first debt defense clinic in San Diego County, handling over 300 cases. I litigated consumer cases in state and federal court. I also filed dozens of bankruptcy cases where necessary to avoid homelessness. Additional Training: NITA Trial Skills; NITA Deposition Skills; Bryan Garners Seminar on Advanced Legal Writing.
