Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Most common are diagnostic and troubleshooting. Finding out what the problem is and providing a solution.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out because I don't cut corners or take shortcuts. I pay attention to detail. When I finish a job the repair is done properly,clean,and thoroughly to insure that everything meets or exceeds the customers needs and expectations.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The thing I like most about what I do is being able to provide a quality service at reasonable prices while at the same time providing customers a quality service that they can depend on.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Q: How long have you been a mechanic?
A: For the past 10 years.
Q: How did you learn how to work on cars?
A: I learned from my Uncle(s) and by working on all of my own vehicles over the years
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. There was this job I did where I had a busy day and hadn't had time to stop and eat. When I got there I was greeted with hospitality from the customer and her family. They brought me out water, sweet tea, and homemade tacos. That was a great day!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. After getting the runaround and being overcharged by several repair shops it was difficult to find an honest repair shop I could trust. I began servicing and repairing my own vehicles and found there were others in the same situation. I wanted to provided the same quality and honesty I valued in auto repair to others.
