Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: In my bankruptcy practice I do everything from start to finish – I handle my own client meetings and I personally complete and file the bankruptcy petition and schedules. At my law office my clients are never left in the hands of paralegals or assistants, they have contact directly with me and only me. At other law firms or law offices often the client only gets to meet with staff and never even gets access to an attorney. I do not agree with this method of bankruptcy practice. To file for bankruptcy is a very personal choice that requires a lot of information and the ability to ask questions and get answers from an experience bankruptcy attorney, which is exactly what I offer in my practice. What I like most about the practice of Bankruptcy law is stopping creditor abuse and giving my clients financial relief and to finally get a good night of sleep! Bankruptcy offers some very powerful legal tools to be able to save a home from foreclosure or to eradicate thousands of dollars of medical debt – it is an amazing gift to be able to give my clients.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes! I do continuing legal education seminars, symposiums and webinars in consumer bankruptcy law. In fact, on August 4, 2010, I attended a symposium in Los Angeles entitled “Consumer Bankruptcy 101: Building a Successful Chapter 13 Practice.” I learned valuable information on the modification of claims, stripping of unsecured liens, and special considerations for Mortgage Creditors. I keep up with changes and trends in bankruptcy law so I can better serve the needs of my clients.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Most often I help clients through the Chapter 7 bankruptcy process. Chapter 7 allows people to become debt free in as little as 3 months!
