Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Always try and give them the best education for their type of hair. If it is beautiful and healthy I ask them what their regimen is. If it is damaged I suggest the best and most comfortable changes to suit there needs.
Just a tip, medium to long hair should be shampooed upside down, this allows you to massage the scalp where dirt and oil tend to build up. Rinse and condition upright.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Passion and education, I have always loved my career. I never stop learning, new techniques or new twists on old school. Which is th basis of any good service. Spend the time and listen to clients needs and desires. Always complete a thorough consaltation. Will save time and money.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Meeting a challenge! Making people feel great about how wonderful we can be with a little style and a smile. Attitude is %50 percent, make it a good one! I feel so lucky to be in tthis field, meet wonderful people and constantly grow, personally and profesionally.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How long have I been in the business? 16 fabulous years. I even enjoyed cosmetology school. My friends and mentors Geoff, Steve and Cal as well as my family and freinds supported me. They all taught me so much, again so lucky!

A. So many, 98% good, and I can take the 2% of bad considering they are a lesson as well. Like the bride who took my comb and started
