- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a big believer in, "you get what you pay for", when it comes to services or even products. My rates, more so on the Personal Training-end, are fare-market and on the upper-end. This is because of my years of experience helping people achieve their goals, educating them on the science of exercise and nutrition, and providing long-term results. Not quick fixes. My programs are highly comprehensive with personalized training, cardio, and nutrition plans, unlimited support (e.g. in-person, phone, chat, text, social media, etc.), weekly check-ins, program adjustments, tools/templates/resources for continued success, and much more. I don't just train a person a couple times a week and leave them empty-handed, and unsure of what to do next. I provide them their complete program, of exactly what to do each day, to maximize their success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule their initial complementary consultation, which includes my Client Questionnaire, to identify their specific short and long-term goals, areas of improvement, history of what they've been doing, and barriers they face that prevent them from achieving their goals. During their consultation, I review all of the above information in detail, then create a realistic game-plan, that the client can follow on a consistent basis, to help them reach their specific goals. If the client decides to move forward working with me after their consultation, I then create their personalized program based on their information that was covered. We begin the training/coaching process from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness, Nutrition, and Health. I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA - CSCS). I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM - CPT). I am a Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM - PES). I am a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM - CES). I am a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM - FNS). I am CPR & AED Certified (American Heart Association).
