Core to Soar

Introduction: Do you ever feel stuck in routine at the gym and wish you could change things up without sacrificing the discipline and intensity of your workout? Did you ever think about doing something outrageous, like soaring on a flying trapeze, taking a belly-dancing class, or training for a marathon? When was the last time you scheduled a playdate for you, and not just for your kids? My name is Amanda de Koning and I run a company called Core to Soar. I work with women who want to develop mental and physical strength, make new friends, and rediscover the excitement of life! I believe that passion and self-confidence are keys to getting above-and-beyond results, soaring past anything you ever believed possible. Therefore, I put a lot of emphasis on personal empowerment in everything I do and every program I create. I know there's a shift in the fitness industry towards virtual training, but I consider myself a purist. There's nothing like being outdoors with your friends and neighbors, or working one-on-one with a personal trainer. For this reason, I host boot camps for local groups at community parks. I also offer a mobile personal training service where I bring my gym to you! I go to your house with all my fitness equipment, so you can get up out of that office chair and get moving. It's like clicking a button and having the gym just be there. It's so luxurious! If you're a mom with small children and feel like you can't exercise because of your circumstances, then I'm definitely the trainer for you. I have two boys, and a lot of clients with one foot in the playroom and the other foot in the boardroom. Let me show you how to reclaim your mind and body as a woman. It is possible. Core to Soar's signature program is set to launch this spring, where I'll take one special group through a life-transformation process over the course of 12 weeks, culminating in an excursion to a flying-trapeze workshop!
