- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The telemarketing world is filled with popular and misleading myths about appointment setting and lead generation. These myths and half-truths have rooted themselves in our everyday sales and marketing routines. Typical sales pitch you hear is that you need to buy an outside list of maybe one thousand prospects. That is NOT my strategy. Your best prospect list you already own. It is your house list of existing customers and prospects. This is the list you want to work with. Make that list work and then consider purchasing an outside list. Also, do NOT get talked into spending big bucks on any TEST. Keep it simple --- under $500!
