Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Restoration work exteriors,planking, stem ,rebuilds any of structure decks , cabin house, cap and toe rails interiors bulkheads bunks settees counters an cabinets

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You need to enjoy the project process as well as the end result.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Working fast does not always make the project move faster, ti's being efficient

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Restoration takes more time than you think,maybe think about it in phases,hull , deck ,cabin house ,systems interior.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. With cad drawings you can see what i think the project should look like, also i can show the plan of attack! That can save time and money, by making changes to the project before we build anything. With restoration work we are traditional to style of the project ,we use modern tools and methods but out come is traditional!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The uniqueness of the projects we do, it's naval design history, art ,alchemy,mathematics all in one.

A. How do you do that? I practice until i figure out the easiest and fast way to do the project.

A. Barbecues are always fun on the weekends,we try to problem solve and listen to customer

A. My father once said, strive to be the best at what i do. I try to live by that advice

A. My cousin ask if i wanted a job working on yachts painting and varnishing

A. I am proud of all of the work, it go's back to what my father told me, about doing my best.

A. Cad classes ,online tutoring, wood working classes online magazines

A. Computer design,archives of naval design online. Materials pricing online

A. Mast restoration on k- 50
spline and re- wire , paint and varnish
