    It was absolutely awesome. We reserved short notice but they were more accommodating. Food was fantastic(everyone kept raving) and the service couldn't have been better. The two ladies that worked the party were friendly and professional. The price is incredible for what was provided. Would highly recommend them to any and everyone.

    Party Time Tacos did a great job for our combination housewarming and birthday party. They showed up on time, cooked great tasting food and cleaned up when they left. I'm really happy with the amount and quality of the food as well as their great service. I will definitely call on Party Time Tacos the next time we have a party.

    Tony was extremely flexible in coordinating for our New Years Eve Party. The employees actually showed up 2 hours before the start of the party and tried to leave an hour earlier but a quick call to Tony resolved the issue. Communication was a little difficult since the caterers who came to the house did not speak any English but once things got rolling, it wasn't a big deal and Tony had already explained everything over the phone beforehand. The food itself was delicious and the service was great. All our guests loved it. Plenty of options and PLENTY of left overs.

    Party time did an excellent job from start to finish and the tacos and service was amazing . I had many compliments by the guess on how good everything was, i would hire them again for my next event.

    The caterers came early and set up quickly. The food was good, but a little salty for my taste. I was hoping that they would could cook each taco to order, so that the food would be super fresh. Overall, it was good food for a great price. I would recommend this company to my friends.

    Food was good. There was a little confusion in the set up time and communication of the set hours other than that service ran smoothly. It took less than the hour of set up time quoted and they waited exactly till 4pm to serve food, when they showed up earlier than they were expected they waited in the quoted car till the set up time. The rice and beans came in a plastic tupperware and was not as freshly made as I expected or even warm. I was somewhat satisified however but would probably search more caterers in the area next time I have interest in this type of service.

    You did my party in September and we really enjoyed your food/service so we would like to book you again. Are you available on May 8th at 4 pm?     This thank you should have come 4 months ago. You guys did an absolutely AMAZING job! The food was fantastic and your set-up and clean-up were impeccable. Everyone raved about the food all night and weeks following. I was so busy hosting that I only was able to eat 1 taco and it was delicious! Thank you again for doing such a wonderful job for us. You know I will continue to recommend you to anyone I can. I thought you might enjoy the attached photos that were taken. Let me know if they don't come up because I'm using my new MAC computer and I'm still trying to learn all the tricks.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Weddings-birthday's-baptisms-company parties-
childrens events- just about any type of gathering
of people . we even do rush parties when time is short .

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask if food is made from scratch and most important how fresh. Second question is length of time for service including set up time.
ask for a tasting look for grissle and fat...if you see fat and grissle that is the cheap cut of meat and will never taste like USDA choice fresh steak no matter how they doctor it up !! .

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. First thing i would ask... if the business is on thumbtack .com .is this company background checked ? Thumbtack offers that check service for all vendors so why hide from it ? makes sense to hire safety when you can . do you have website ? how long in business ? are you licensed ?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. How many guest will attend. Date of party. What time party starts if known. What city it will be in. How much extra per person if over the first amount guest estimate.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. we constantly pick the freshest produce to insure the best taste . all out meats are fresh daily . our carne asada has no fat or grissle because we use top grade USDA meat . Party Time Taco pays top dollar for all our meats to stay on top . we love what we do also , but we serve quality meat and that is the starting point to a first class product .

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. for my wife lucy and i we both enjoy seeing so many happy people every week enjoying authentic Mexican tacos . we love to be in the middle of the parties .

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How many pounds of meat do you bring to cook? Our service is all you can eat so no worry we do not run out of meat!!

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. yes when we served TARGET CORP . we had the challange of our career . we had to feed 1600 employees 4 days straight two times daily at 11am and 11 pm but the hard part was we had between 150 - 200 employees at once and TARGET'S contract was such that we only had 12 min to serve all of then .by the 4th day we had it down to 9 min flat . we were a hit with them .

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish my customers knew how really authentic our tacos were before they ordered . nothing comes from a box or can . all of it is made from scratch . taste better home made every time .

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have been cooking for 50 years and thought i should share this taste with other people . also my 8 children talked me into it when i retired and became bored . they would say ...dad your such a great cook why don't you start catering...so here we are 9 years later .

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Lucy and i (tony) 3 months ago did a teachers picnic with over 325 teachers and principals attending at a park. They could not stop telling us how great the food was and the service with it. from this one event we have now done another nine parties . word of mouth always has been the strongest form of advertizing .

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. we constantly search new food spices and always look to get better quality equipment such as the recent dicing machine we bought . we are members of most important Mexican magazines and cooking sites .

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The only thing that could be would be more tech and easier ways to obtain it. we always like to find healthy new oils or spices and try them . sometimes we cut fats by 1-2 % just by cooking with better oils .

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. This is a trade secret so i will go to the next page here.
hint : we have the best salsas because of over one month of research in Mexico ( thanks to LUCY ) cost was Lucy's research and time with her family in the state of Nayarit Mexico $ 1000.00 . vacation included ( no charge ) ;-)

A. We have a simple price system. You tell us how many people and we quote price. We do not charge per person it is always total headcount. after you shop for pricing ask for taste .

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. This is simple. Wait till you retire so you can enjoy doing something you love at a good price for people. I am happy doing what i do very much . i think if i was younger than 71 years old i would take more parties and grow bigger .like any business you have to love what you do to make your product the best in all aspects .

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. to be able to always have the same taste that you can expect every time you hire us . just like Mc Donalds , you know what a big mac taste like so you go there when your taste buds tell you that is what you want . well our tacos taste the same year after year because our " old Mexico " style receipe stands out in our salsas and pico de gallo etc. and you will remember it . our carne asada steak has NO FAT OR GRISSLE.. PERIOD !!

So ask the question before booking the party. 10 people could cost you $ 70-$ 80. With us $ 40. 00
