- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the clients wants and needs with regards to a menu and customize the menu specifically for their event to make it special.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading and researching the latest food trends and dining out for inspiration. I also research nutrition and food allergies to better understand our bodies so I can give my clients delicious AND nourishing foods.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a love for cooking. Even when I was a small child. After being miserable for 5 years in my previous career, I decided to take the plunge into self-employment so I could make money doing what I love most.
