Tress is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. he has provided party trays for multiple events I have had in the past. Everything is always fresh and delicious. He is always one of my go to's for catering and special events.

Tress catered our networking holiday party for letip. Not just Japanese faire but a mixed menu of delicious food. Loved the baked cheese plate and crackers plus there was a sushi platter. For a last minute order within days it was a great setup.

I've had several events at HS ranging from my birthday which had 25 to 30 guests at once to Holiday mixers where Tress and staff were able to accommodate up to 100 of our guests without any trouble! Their servers are always courteous and friendly. The menu is always exciting since it ranges from traditional sushi to exciting new creations like ahi poke tacos.
Their catering service is awesome. They really work with you to make sure the menu, decor and everything else is the way you picture it and fits within budget.

HS Catering has been serving our church's catering needs for a couple of years now. We go back year after year for a reason - they work with our budget without sacrificing quality and excellence. The food is ALWAYS amazing and Tress and Christine are such wonderful people to work with. With HS Catering, you never have to look for another caterer ever again!
