Wanting to create a unique and memorable wedding reception my husband and I decided to look into food trucks online. I visited sdfoodtrucks.com and submitted a request for the date we had chosen. I told a bit about us as a couple and how we adore great food and beer and we wanted our party to reflect these things. I got countless responses from potential vendors, each one a standard response email with my name pasted at the top. That is, until Mastiff.
Jacob sent us a personalized message that made us stop and take notice. He seemed excited to partner with us and he and Eric wanted to create a customized menu for our event! This was all very exciting but of course the most important thing was that we adore the food that we would be serving our guests. We made a plan to visit them at one of their brewery stops and sure enough, it was love at first bite! We were immediately convinced that this was the truck for us. We incorporated Mastiff classics like their Bratwurst, Pulled Ham and Mastiff Fries with incredible customized appetizers and sides that reflected our fall wedding and personal tastes.
From the initial contact, through the planning and at the final event Mastiff was incredibly professional, accessible and punctual. They took initiative to view our venue and meet with our day- of wedding coordinator. They were available to answer any questions I had along the way and we had an open conversation going throughout the wedding planning process. I knew going into my wedding that I could depend on Mastiff to make our night memorable and count on things running smoothly. Guests could not stop praising the food during the reception and I continue to get positive feedback now! If you are looking to grab a delicious bite you can count on Mastiff. If you want a wonderful venue for an event, reception etc. we wholeheartedly give them four thumbs up!

Jacob and team at Mastiff Sausage Company recently did our wedding at Luce Loft downtown and we could not have been happier. Jacob was prompt, professional and responsive in all our communication with him prior to the wedding and really went the extra mile to give us a tailor made menu that met all our wishes. On the actual day they arrived early and made our coordinator's life easy as they had everything ready to go, no hiccups. As for the most important part, the food, it was OUTSTANDING! Numerous guests commented on how much they enjoyed all the food. The harissa aioli potatoes as a passed appetizer were a particular hit. Also the truck looked amazing as always, great photos were taken. The team cleaned everything up unobtrusively throughout the night and discretely made an exit so that the party could transition and dancing could begin. Could not have done it without these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to cater an event.

Mastiff Sausage Company came highly recommended to me from friend and family. It was our delight to have them come and serve our wedding reception. Mastiff was prompt, professional, and created a beautiful presentation of appetizers and main dishes. Jacob was always a pleasure to deal with and carefully took into consideration our event, location, season and most importantly, our budget. We wholeheartedly recommend Mastiff Sausage Company for any of your catering needs. We used them for our rehearsal dinner when we got married in September and all our guests loved them. Their food and customer service were top notch. We tried a few different food trucks before choosing one for our rehearsal dinner and decided on them because besides their food being amazing, Jacob was very attentive and willing to make our menu how we liked it. Jacob and his team made sure that the rehearsal dinner went smoothly. We definitely recommend Mastiff Sausage Company for any event!

Mastiff Sausage Company did a phenomenal job with our catered event. We were working with an awkward space on the 7th floor of our building and thanks to the staff the even was seamless! The food was amazing, and everyone who attended who has had an event since has requested the name of our caterer. Mastiff is the best, and I will use them again without question!
