Class menu styles in a variety of cuisines to teach the recipes/techniques for: Basics/Knife Skills, Appetizers/Salads, Soups/Stocks, Pasta, Seafood, BBQ, Roasting/Braising, Crepes, Breads, Desserts (Pies, Cakes, Cookies, Ice creams/Sorbets). A Pastry/Baking Series Workshop is also available. Corporate Team Building Events: A variety of themes/Styles; Iron Chef, Small Plates, Chef's Table, Pasta Making Class, Cupcake Wars. I have used Patsy several times. My first class was knife skills, food prep, and planning a home cooked meal. We prepared it and enjoyed the meal we cooked. Not only was Patsy knowledgable but is a great teacher that seemed to put everyone at ease no matter how "skilled" or not we were coming into this class. My son Kurt called upon Patsy to help him plan and execute my surprise 60th birthday party. Kurt told me he never could have pulled off not only a great party with beautiful trays of food without Patsy guiding him through the whole journey as a novice party giver. Patsy is the whole package and you'll be happy you hired her.

Recently we purchased a ranch and wanted to invite old and new neighbors. Chef Patsy was our savoir. We had delicious pulled pork sliders, grilled veggie sliders for my veggie pals, appetizer plates that looked almost too good to eat and a cheesecake that absolutely melted in your mouth.

I loved my interactive, online cooking class with Chef Patsy! Before I get started, I must say I was extremely impressed with the integrated video conferencing service that Trainasium uses for their online class offerings. The connection was amazing and my screen didn't freeze once during the class. Just a side note for anyone not sure about interactive online cooking classes. I have never made a pie from scratch before and Chef Patsy took us step by step on how to prepare the pie dough and the filling. She gave each and every one of us a warm greetings as we entered the online class. I loved the fact that we could ask Chef Patsy questions during class and have her take a look at our mixture if we were not sure about something. It was like having Chef Patsy in my own kitchen. It was the cooking lesson without the headache. While waiting for the pie to finish cooking, Chef Patsy amazed us with various ways to use left over pie dough and different pie decorating techniques. It was so amazing to be able to celebrate with Chef Patsy and the other students once our pie was finished. My sense of accomplishment was through the roof at that point. The cost of the cooking class was way less than going to a traditional cooking class and I loved the fact that I was in my kitchen which made me so much more confident while attempting this creation. The part I loved the most about this interactive online cooking lesson was that I was able to do it with my sister-in-law! I loved being able to see Chef Patsy and all of the other students that live in different places right from my Laptop. I will definitely be taking more online cooking lessons with Chef Patsy.

Excellent job done by Patsy and her assistants. She also provided a bartender for some mixology. Overall everyone enjoyed the cooking and mixology classes. Would highly recommend her and certainly use her again.

    Personal Chef Services/Team Building Events: Schedule a phone appt to gather information regarding event needs, date and menu ideas. A customized quote proposal will be sent for approval. A 50% deposit is required to hold the event date and the balance due 1 week before an event. Private Cooking Class/ Parties or Private Lessons: Schedule a phone appt to gather information regarding class style date and menu ideas. A customized quote proposal will be sent for approval. A 50% deposit is required to hold the class date and the balance due 1 week before class. Gift certificates are available for private lessons.
